Hi! In this session, we’ll look at opening views, saving them and settle of the whole changes you can make. Different sections have different changes you can make to the views but each of them operated in a similar fashion. Let’s start with the EPS.
There’s one basic change you can make to the EPS. And that the viewer Gantt Chart for the projects. Click the Gantt Chart icon here or on the view menu. The page is now split in two and the project table on the left and the Gantt Chart on the right. In all reviews, the parting line can be used to stretch or shrink the partition. If you click on the view menu for me, just see the option to ‘save and view as’. You can select that. In this box, we type the word projects. Click OK and you’ve now created project view each amendment to the view, you now may save or discarded returning you back to this point. To the right of the Gantt chart icon, you’ll see a drop down list of the name of the view you’re currently using. In this case, project. Click and drop down for me please. If you scroll at the top of the list, you’ll see that the section for users to use has been created. Continue the new view you just made. If you can’t see anything in the user section, have a look at the global views beneath. And maybe click on the view- save layout, over writing the standard layout. By...
