Hi! In this lesson, we’re going to look at views. Views of what determine which data is shown on the screen and how it is displayed in the activities page of EPS page as I am now. Views determine which data is shown on screen to the use of columns and groupings. You’ll find as your use of EPPM increases, they all create different views for different situations and we’ll discuss some of those as we go through.
There are many intricacies to view but one rule remains the same. Users can edit reviews for that own requirement and should. Hopefully, during this sessions, you’ll see how the same understanding of this can only benefit and help you progress in your use of EPPM. If you views P6 Professional in some stage, you’ll be used to the term (00:48) I’m just going to flip cross it to P6 professional. Views are not different in principles and layouts but the way we say and created are different. over the next couple of sessions, we’ll look at the difference between EPPM and P6 Professional, and to open and save views, how to make basic amendments and start of customizations. Hopefully, give you the basic knowledge to start playing round and getting the most out of EPPM. We can spend a lot of time learning how to use views.
