The world of project management and technology is ever-evolving and those who are responsible for the success of the project on-site and off should be equipped to face any obstacles that may come their way. Some of these changes for example are the requirement to utilize BIM in some countries, the implementation of the CSI: MasterFormat or utilizing scheduling software like Primavera P6 – these tools are all becoming essential.

Projects where 7% of the budget was allocated to PM training were significantly more successful compared to projects where 4% of the budget was allocated to training.
