Team Plans include access to Plan Academy’s self-paced library of online courses focused on building real scheduling and project controls capability.
Packages include access to: Scheduling 101: Essential CPM Theory, Primavera P6 Professional Foundations, Advanced P6 Planning Construction Projects, Advanced P6 Progressing with Earned Value, Microsoft Project Foundations, and Power BI Foundations for Project Controls.
These courses cover everything from CPM theory to building, baselining, progressing, reporting, and analytics. Our Starter plan is designed for smaller teams and includes: Scheduling 101: Essential CPM Theory, Primavera P6 Foundations, and Microsoft Project Foundations.
Plan Academy is designed to replace “trial-by-fire” learning with a clear, structured learning path that teams can follow consistently.
Training is self-paced, online, and scalable, with bite-sized lessons, hands-on practice files, quizzes, and (in several courses) workshops reviewed by Plan Academy so learners build practical skills, not just theory.
Teams can start immediately and progress at their own pace, or a group manager can set a timeline for completion, making it easier to train new hires and level-up existing staff without disrupting project delivery.
Yes. Learners can join at any time while your plan is active and in good standing. On Core plans and above, managers can also swap learners in/out at any time (swapping is not included in Starter plans).
You get a Managers Dashboard that tracks team training progress and allows managers to drill down into individual learner activity.
You can also request or schedule automated team reports that are delivered directly to your inbox helping you keep training on track and demonstrate progress internally.
